“Our Why”

Hi I’m Joe, the founder of Northern Beaches Architectural Homes. Living a life of impact and purpose has always been something that I’ve been greatly passionate about. This passion is the driving force behind the creation of Northern Beaches Architectural Homes. Forming a company that serves not only the families who we construct remarkable homes for, but for those who are in need locally and around the world, has been wholly fulfilling. For every carpenter Northern Beaches Architectural Homes employees, we sponsor a child in Africa through One Co.foundation’s “one Chippy one child” project.

When you choose Northern Beaches Architectural Homes to bring your home vision to life, you choose to change the world of someone in need. Our charitable mission is for every one home we build, we aim to build one teacher's home in Uganda. This is our commitment to help educate poverty out of existence. Only 33% of students finish school - and by attracting teachers to rural Uganda with the incentive of accommodation equals more children in school with quality education.
